As the battle for who becomes the next Nigerian President in the February 2023 election thickens, the All Progressive Congress, APC professionals Forum have dissected the manifesto of their Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a Symposium which has its theme: Dissecting the Asiwaju Manifesto – Renewed Hope 2023, the second in its series, professionals from all walks of life in Nigeria gathered in Abuja to X-ray Tinubu’s action plan for a better Nigeria.
Speaking to our correspondent, the Convener, Abuja Housing Exhibition and Conference, Dr Taofiq Idowu Raimi pointed out that the essence of dissecting Asiwaju’s action plan was to explain the details amongst professionals in order to ascertain how it would impact every sector in Nigeria.
According to him, Tinubu’s action plan that was presented to Nigerians in particular and the world in general was the key to bringing good governance in Nigeria.
He noted that the policy document was fantastic and written in a simple language that would be understood by every Nigerian, adding that it would address the concerns of every sector: men, women, youths, children and all professions.
Raimi, who also is the Deputy Director, Community Relations of APC Campaign Council, Oyo State maintained that Tinubu had a vision to bring good governance to Nigeria, saying, “Good governance can be interpreted as Nigerians having food on their table. Nigerians are able to send their children to school; Nigerians are able to own their own homes.” He added, “The alternative we have is to vote Tinubu as the next President of Nigeria for consolidation and continuity”.
