The Ag Director clinical and diagnostic services in the FCT Hospital Management Board ,Dr. Olugbenga Bello has assured that healthcare delivery will get better in the FCT .He gave the assurance during the 2022 Annual General meeting (AGM) of the medical and Dental consultant Association of Nigeria (MDCAN) ,FCTA Chapter, while speaking to media men.

Dr. was at the event in his capacity as a member of the organization and also representative of two other persons .One of them is Honorable Secretary Health and Human Services Secretariat FCTA, Dr. Abubakar Tafida. The other person is the General Manager Hospital Management Board, FCTA Dr. Mohammed B. Kawu.

Speaking to newsmen at the event, which involves conferring awards to deserving individuals Dr. Bello said that it is good that what some people had done are being appreciated. And that such gives one encouragement to do more. His words: “it is a good thing that what somebody has done, some people are appreciating it .And it gives us encouragement to do more.”

On the present state of healthcare delivery in FCT, he said that things would get better in terms of healthcare delivery in the FCT.

“First and foremost, people should be hopeful that things should get better. Once there is hope that means that we know that tomorrow will be better. So we should not despair. And we assure you that as much as possible we will do the right thing for healthcare delivery to get better, particularly in the FCT” He concluded.
