Prezda Alliance Company Limited on Sunday the 28 of October unveiled its state of the art tricycle, which is the first of its kind in Nigeria at the Cyprian Ekwensi art and Culture Galleria Area 10 Abuja.
This innovation Joel O. Ogbonna the CEO of Prezda said is born out of a desire he embarked upon since 2013 to modify the existing tricycle in order to achieve full potentials, capacity and also to withstand the Nigerian environment.
The Prezda model is fully covered with doors. Among the features of Prezda tricycle are bigger tyres that stand above the ground, strong tires that make it bounce out of pot holes on the roads without much shaking of the passengers with this balance it does not turnover easily. In it are surveillance cameras and rear view backing cameras. It sits 6-7 passengers. It has steering wheel, sit belts, speedometer, 5 speed gear selection, sun roof, reverse alarm system, night time top light, cell phone charger sockets for passengers AM/FM radio systems among others.
The good thing about it is that Prezda is assembled here in Nigeria thereby creating jobs to our people. Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, Mr Ogbonna said that inside each person resides a creative ability that deep thinking can pull out and hopes that this innovative effort will inspire more people to unleash creative ideas to produce life enhancing products made in Nigeria, with Nigerian raw materials.
Finally, he called on the Government and well-meaning Nigerians to support Prezda as huge sums of money would go into its high demand.
