In order to boast the chances of Olusola Oke, Alliance for Democracy (AD) candidate in the Saturday gubernatorial election in Ondo State, the Action Alliance (AA) has collapsed into  AD.

Speaking at the grand finale of AD held at Democracy Park in Akure, the National Secretary, Barr. Kenneth Udeze said that the National Executive Committee of the Party led by Mohammed Abubakar decided to collapse the structure in Ondo to challenge the excesses of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and ALL Progressive Congress (APC).  He said it is a political permutation intended to use Ondo State as a test case.

According to him, if the plot works in Ondo, it means it would work in 2019. He noted that the worse scenario we witness in Nigeria as a country is due to the internal ranglings within the PDP and APC.

Udeze said that a third tripod would be necessary to check mate the excesses of PDP and APC, calling on Ondo people to vote Chief Olusole Oke come Saturday.

He also warned INEC adhoc staff that would participate in the election to abide by the rules stressing that experience showed that they were the instrument used in rigging elections, adding that the party would not accept anything short of free and fair election.

The National Secretary distance AA from those calling for the postponement of the election.

Meanwhile, Olusola Oke told the mammoth crowd that his desire to govern Ondo stems from the agony the people are passing through which is as a result of bad leadership in the state. He said that  together with his running mate, Alhaji Ganny Dauda have identified the problem plaguing the state and are ready to fix it.
