Kuje Area Council Boss promises to embark on people oriented projects

Last weekend; it was beehive of activities in the Federal Capital
Territory, FCT, when the six area council chairmen took oath of
office. International Conference Center (ICC), venue of the
inauguration witnessed mammoth who came to show solidarity their
persons. At the end of the event at ICC, the chairmen retired to their
various area councils for hand over from their predecessors.
In Kuje Area council, the town was agog as residents throng out to
receive the chairman, Hon Abdullahi D. Galadima.
In his inaugural remarks, Hon Galadima told the people that the APC
administration in Kuje would do everything possible to embark on
projects that would touch the lives of the people.
He thanked the people for their commitment to bring a government of
change in Kuje. He solicited for their supports to enable his
administration achieve the desired result.
Meanwhile, a concerned resident of Kuje, Mallam Abdulkarim Sule
pointed out that Hon Galadima has all it takes to bring grassroot
development in the area council going by his experiences. He advised
the chairman to focus on infrastructures that would enable the people
live better and healthy life.
But Chairman, Orlu Senatorial Assembly in Kuje, Engr. Armstrong O.
Donald described Hon. Galadima as a man who keeps to his words, as
well as has the zeal to work for the people.
According to him, Kuje Area Council needs more access roads,
transformers, portable and safe drinking water supply, surmising that
the chairman should make these areas his focus. He called on the
people to always support him till he brings dividend of democracy to
the people, positing he should focus on the task ahead and not to be
distracted.
However, Isah Yusuf Yakubu prayed for God to give Hon. Galadima the
strength and wisdom to bring meaningful and quality leadership. He
advised him to carry everybody along both indigenes and non-indigenes.
