Hon Bako Angulu, pan ultimate weekend emerged as the Federal Capital
Territory, FCT, PDP, during the state Peoples Democratic party,
congress.
Also emerged, among others were Hon Yahaya Suleiman and Zaka Sunday as
chairman and youth leader respectively. The delegates unanimously
through consensus choose their executive to lead the party for the
next four years.
To Hon Suleiman, it is a lasting change that would bring about genuine
transformation. He made it clear that his agenda was to take PDP back
to the people, pointing out when power belongs to the people, it
would bring about advancement of democracy.
Meanwhile, Hon. Angulu thanked the delegates for finding him worthy
and unanimously choosing him to serve the people. He noted that with
the recent transparency in electing the party leaders, PDP would
bounce back come 2019 to take its rightful position in Nigerian
politics.
While the Youth Leader, Hon Sunday described the manner in which the
new executive members of the party was chose as a new dawn stressing
the commitment of the new executive for a better PDP.
