According to him, good representation at the grassroots level brings the dividend of democracy to the people.
He decried a situation in which the youths go about not having something doing. As a youth, he made it known that his priority would be to initiate bills that would enable the empowerment of the teeming youths in his ward in particular and Bwari Area Council in general to enable them live a fulfilled life.
Aside good representation, He said he would attract scholarship to indigent people in his ward who are unable to complete their basic and secondary education.
Garba called on the electorate in his ward to vote for him and PDP come April 9, for a better Kubwa ward.
However, He said that the shift in the date of the election did not in any way affect him considering that he reached out to those he was unable to reach in time past.
