The national chairman of Citizen Popular Party (CPP), Sam Eke PhD has announced the kidnap of the party’s chairman in Rivers State, Mr. Gift Mac Enyida. According to the statement released by the national chairman of the party, Enyida was abducted by unknown gunmen at his village, in Ahoada East, Iga local Government of Rivers State by 8.30pm on 21st January, 2016.
Mr. Enyida is also the state financial secretary of IPAC in Rivers State.
Dr. Eke on behalf of CPP is calling on the abductors to release Mr. Enyida unconditionally. He is also calling the federal government and the Rivers State Governor, Gov. Nyeson Wike to ensure his immediate release.
