Sisters Fellowship International (SFI), a non-denominational women fellowship held her2014 Praise Festival in Abuja, Nigeria. The association which was founded over 27years ago in Birmingham, United Kingdom by, Rev (Mrs.) Nches Iredu during her school days is basically for praising God for his mercies in the lives of women.

The founder embraced God at a tender age, but could not have children after 8years of marriage. During a fellowship in the UK, everybody in the congregation was asked to come out and ask God for whatever he needed. When it was he turn, she came out and instead of asking for anything she praised God like never before. At that point many prophesied that she will conceive and have a baby boy the following year. The rest is now history. That was the year she founded SFI, in the UK. It will interest you to know that she now a proud mother of 3boys and a girl, all graduates.

SFI has branches in West Africa and other western countries. The all-women ministry in out to encourage women to praise God, no matter whatever condition they see themselves. It is their believe that God loves women so much that whenever they come together to praise Him, there must surely be a positive response to such request. Besides, love is the driving force behind the success of the association; hence the motto of SFI is “Love in Action”.
