South-South will unify Nigeria – Alobi

The newly elected chairman of South-South Community in FCT, COMPOL, (Barr.) Lawrence Alobi (Rtd) has opined that the south-south zone of the country will bring about lasting peace in the country as the zone is the resource base of the country. The elated Alobi, said he is proud to be the leader of the six states of the south-south that is responsible for the over 70% of revenue of the nation. He promised to ensure that President Jonathan wins in the 2015 election should he declare his intention to run.
Deaconess Data Orumadike, the Deputy Chairman of South-South Community in FCT corroborated Alobi, by saying that she will mobilize the women folk to ensure the success of President Jonathan in the pole come 2015. She said it was high time the nation is told that the zone is not made of second class citizens. She added that a new dawn has come for the zone from the inauguration of the community in FCT.
Ibiso Tom George is the Vice Chairman representing River State in the community. He is the chairman of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), a position he has held since 2003. He said that the primary duty of the community is to ensure that President Jonathan wins next year election as they are his primary constituency. He advised every indigene of the zone to come out en-mass to support the president as the zone cannot afford to see him fail in election.
One of the ex-officio members representing River State, Egelege V. E. (Vicky Eeen), who is into humanitarian services promised that she will mobilize people towards 2015 election campaign of President Jonathan through her NGO.
