Alhaji Aliyu Usman is a parent of a pupil in the Raberto school, he spoke objectively about the school, thus; “I sent my children to this school because of standard the school produces in the children. It is not a very elitist school and as such.
Standard of education:
I wouldn’t say standard of education in Nigeria is dividing. I am quite impressed that students in secondary school have known how to use Auto Card a basic engineering tool we use in the university but they now use it in secondary. The fall in standard can be attributed to change in technology. Children of nowadays face a lot of challenges. Depending on the school, the standard of education is very good if you have a teacher that has good teaching education.
Result:
The performance of my child who is in the school is excellent. In fact he is a well-behaved boy both in the class and outside the class. He played for the school team. He has won prizes. Government should encourage teachers and teaching profession. Right now ASUU is on strike for basic things the government can provide. Government should do something about teachers’ remuneration.
